A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a fullstack development team focused on creator growth and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical and people leadership for the development team, overseeing software development activities
Drive a culture of experimentation and optimization through data analytics and A / B testing
Manage hiring, performance management, and employee development to minimize retention risks
Required Qualifications
At least 2+ years in an engineering management role with experience in leading fullstack teams
8+ years of software development experience, with a focus on architectures and infrastructure
Proven track record of delivering user-facing features and managing rapid release cycles
Experience with AWS services and building scalable APIs in a cloud environment
Familiarity with AI applications and their integration into engineering workflows
