We are looking for a professional Real Estate Agent to Schedule and Conduct Showings and OPEN HOUSES for Buyers, Sellers and Tenants. Responsibilities
Advise buyers and sellers on purchasing and selling properties at the best price and terms.Identify the needs of clients and propose the best possible course of actionWork with lenders, appraisers, inspectors, and escrow agents to facilitate the transactionCreate comparative market analyses (CMAs) to estimate properties’ valueShow properties and hold open housesPrepare contracts and other necessary paperworkMaintain an up-to-date list of available propertiesQualifications
Current real estate licenseProven work experience as a Real Estate AgentStrong Negotiation, and communication skillsFamiliar with Microsoft Office and customer management softwareDeep understanding of real estate law and leasing practicesUp-to-date on the local real estate market
