The Technical and Facilities Manager is a critical role within Central Florida Kidney Centers, Inc. (CFKC). The position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of technical and facility related functions, including dialysis equipment maintenance, water treatment systems, facility infrastructure, and housekeeping. This position requires a hands-on leader who supervises and actively participates in repairs, maintenance, and upkeep to ensure operational efficiency, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Service (CMS) standards, state and local regulations, AAMI standards for water and dialysate quality and manufacturer requirements. The supervisor collaborates closely with the Vice President of Technical Operations and other departments to maintain a safe, functional and clean environment for patients, staff and visitors.
