Position Summary :

The SAP Technical Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the design, development, implementation, and support of SAP systems align with business goals and operational requirements with a focus on ABAP programming expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Technical Leadership :
• Solution Design : Lead the technical design and architecture of SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes, technical standards, and best practices.
• Development : Oversee SAP development activities, including customization, enhancement, and integration of SAP modules and components.
• Technical Guidance : Provide guidance and support to SAP developers and technical teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and quality assurance.
• Configuration and Customization : Configure SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S / 4HANA) based on business requirements, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.
• Testing and Validation : Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate SAP solutions and ensure reliability and performance.
• Maintenance and Support :
• Incident Resolution : Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP systems, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime and impact on business operations.
• Upgrades and Enhancements : Plan and execute SAP system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring system stability and compliance with SAP's support and maintenance policies.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration :
• Business Alignment : Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver SAP solutions that meet business objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with functional teams (e.g., Finance, HR, Supply Chain) and IT teams to integrate SAP solutions with existing systems and business processes.
• Change Management : Manage change requests and ensure changes to SAP systems are properly documented, tested, and implemented with minimal disruption to business operations.
