Location: College Station, TX
Salary: $140,000-$190,000 (negotiable, based on experience)
Total Compensation: Variable income with total comp $250K+

Summary
Our client is a rapidly growing provider in the home infusion space-known for delivering high-quality, patient-focused care nationwide. As they prepare to expand into the College Station, TX market, they're hiring a Pharmacist In Charge to join the launch team of a new home infusion pharmacy.

What You'll Do
Startup Support & Operational Readiness

• Collaborate with leadership during site setup and operational planning
• Assist with implementation of pharmacy workflows, systems, and policies
• Support efforts around licensing, accreditation, and regulatory readiness

Pharmacy Operations & Compliance

• Participate in day-to-day pharmacy operations
• Help ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Support sterile compounding under USP and guidelines
• Maintain proper documentation and assist with internal audits

Patient Care

• Prepare and dispense infusion therapies
• Collaborate with providers on patient-specific treatment plans
• Provide patient counseling and medication therapy management

Team & Culture Development

• Help onboard and mentor new pharmacy staff
• Support a culture of continuous improvement, clinical excellence, and regulatory integrity

Collaboration & Communication

• Work alongside external consultants, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders
• Represent the pharmacy team in professional interactions and care coordination

What You Bring

• Active Pharmacist license in Texas
• Experience in sterile compounding or home infusion (preferred)
• Familiarity with USP and standards preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Interest in contributing to a startup environment and growing with the team
