SOLO Class A CDL Truck Driver

Immediate opening for a SOLO Class A CDL Truck Driver and we want the right Trucker to join us at Ryder in Mount Airy, NC.

$1883 or more per week - And it gets better.

Driver Positions Pay Weekly

Solo Miles Pay : $0.69 per Mile with 2400 Miles per Week

Solo Stops Pay : $28.75 per Stop 1 - 4 Stops per Week

Per Diem Pay : $40.00 per night with 4 nights per Week

Retention Bonus : Pays You $2500 Four Times Within Your First Year

Schedule : Monday - Friday or Sunday - Thursday

Start Time : Varies

Deliver SOLO To : East Coast and as far West as TX

Route : Regional

Tractor Type : Sleeper

Trailer Type : Flatbed

Freight : Load Securement Only Building mesh

Trucks are 36 months or newer, include 24 / 7 Roadside Maintenance and Company Drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 Maintenance Facilities Nationwide.

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle :
• 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
• 2 years' experience within the last 5 years, OR
• 5 years' experience within the last 10 years
• Ability to follow written and / or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and / or procedures
