Overview : The
Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering safe,
high-quality patient care through the nursing process of
assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN
provides direct patient care within the scope of nursing practice
and serves as a resource for patient and family education, as well
as guidance for other nursing personnel

Responsibilities :
Provide direct patient care in accordance with established
standards and protocols.
Assess,
plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
Monitor and interpret
cardiac telemetry, promptly identifying and responding to changes
in patient condition.
Communicate effectively with physicians regarding patient status,
diagnostic results, and response to treatment.
Educate patients and
families on health management, treatment plans, and discharge
instructions.
Ensure
quality and continuity of care by adhering to facility policies,
safety guidelines, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications :
Telemetry - EDUCATION,
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING :
1. Current
and valid state RN License.
2. Current BLS
certificate upon hire and maintain current.
3.
Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
4. Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within
30 days of hire.
5. Previous Acute Care hospital
experience preferred.
6. Ventilator Management
experience preferred.
7. Bachelor of Science in
Nursing (BSN) preferred
Intensive
Care Unit (ICU) - EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING :
1. Current
and valid state RN License.
2. Current BLS
certificate upon hire and maintain current.
3.
Completion of Critical Care Course preferred.
4.
Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
5. Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire
and maintain current.
6. Minimum of one year as
a staff RN in acute care hospital, critical care preferred.
7. Critical Care RN (CCRN) Certification
preferred.
8. Bachelor of Science in Nursing
(BSN) preferred.
Emergency
Services - EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING :
1. Current and valid state
RN License.
2. Current BLS certificate upon hire and
maintain current.
3. Current ACLS certificate 30 days
upon hire and maintain current.
4. Current PALS
certificate and / or ENPC 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
5. Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of
hire.
6. Minimum of one year experience as a staff nurse
RN in an acute care hospital setting; E.R. setting preferred.
7. Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred.
8. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Facility Specific Requirements
(facility may require items listed below) :
1. In Paramedic Base
Station ED : MICN within 12 months of hire and maintain current.
2. EDAP certified facilities : Completion of emergency
pediatric course 1 and 2 within 6 months of hire.
3.
Non-OB facilities : NRP certificate 90 days upon hire and maintain
current.
4. Trauma designated facilities : Trauma Nurse
Core Course (TNCC) required within 12 months of hire and maintain.
Non-trauma facilities, TNCC preferred.

estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits,
and other forms of compensation, is $35.35 to $53.58. The exact
starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time
of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of
factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset,
years of applicable experience, education, credentials and
licensure.
