RPh on the Go is currently seeking a full-time Clinical Pharmacist to support a well-established health facility in Omaha, Nebraska. This opportunity is a contract role with a strong possibility of transitioning to a permanent position.

Position Details : Location : Omaha, NE

Full-time role

Initial 13+ week contract with potential to convert to permanent

Day shift schedule

Key Responsibilities :

Evaluate and oversee patients medication regimens and prescriber orders.

Collaborate with healthcare teams by identifying and addressing medication-related concerns, offering clinical recommendations.

Accurately prepare, label, and dispense medications according to physician directives.

Compound sterile IV admixtures following safety protocols.

Educate patients, caregivers, and healthcare trainees on medication usage, safety, and monitoring.

Utilize EPIC electronic health record system for documentation and communication.

Candidate Requirements :

Must hold an active Pharmacist license in Nebraska.

Minimum of one year experience in an inpatient pharmacy environment.

IV compounding experience of at least one year is preferred.
