    The Company is seeking a Vice President of Growth Marketing to join their dynamic team. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven growth plans, leading multi-channel marketing campaigns, and optimizing customer journeys. A key aspect of the role is to provide visionary leadership in shaping the long-term growth strategy, utilizing advanced analytics, and market research to identify opportunities for growth. The role also involves championing technology advancements, particularly the integration of AI and machine learning, and overseeing creative development to support growth marketing initiatives. Candidates for the Vice President of Growth Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 10-15 years' experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing is required, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth, particularly in financial services or a similarly regulated industry. Expertise in full-funnel digital marketing channels, data analytics, and marketing technology / automation platforms is essential. The role demands an analytical mindset, proficiency in customer segmentation, and advanced attribution modeling, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Experience in the banking or credit union industry is also preferred.
