• Required for presentation : must have actual state license board certification in hand, and MI DEA and CS in hand.

Must have procedures. Will be cross-credentialed at Ostego, Cadillac, Manistee and Grayling

Must do Nights

NPPA must be ACNP

Procedures needed : Intubation, event management, arterial and central lines
