Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse

Permanent Full Time / Sign on Bonus Available / Relocation Assistance Available / 90 Day Temp Housing Available

MLR is seeking a dedicated Medical-Surgical RN to join our client's compassionate healthcare team near Santa Rosa, NM!

Required Qualifications for Registered Nurse :

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
  • Valid temporary or compact RN license to practice in New Mexico.
  • Current CPR certification or proof of active enrollment in a certification course.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse :

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care activities.
  • Stay informed about nursing best practices and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development.
