Base Pay : $26.13 hourly

The Warehouse Shift Lead is responsible for managing an extensive range of warehouse activities, including overall warehouse organization, shipping finished goods and receiving functions utilizing WMS and maintaining inventory and records. The ideal candidate should feel at ease undertaking duties related to managing personnel (hourly and loading services), which encompasses training tasks, orchestrating and distributing daily assignments, as well as addressing and resolving issues. In this role, prioritizing in / out-bound loading to ensure a continuous flow of finished goods with the Transportation Department, and eliminating errors in shipment through accurate cycle counting and row audits will be required.

Shift Information : Hours could range from 5 : 30pm to 2 : 30am Required OT daily and weekend as required by customer demand. Occasional weekend work based on volume.
