Locum CRNA needed near Wexford County, MI starting as soon as credentialed.

• 1 FTE with Call Rotation 1d / wk and 1 weekend / mo
• Weekday Shift times : 0700am -0500pm
• Weekday Call Shift times : 05 : 30pm-07 : 00am
• Weekend Call Shift Times : 0700am 0700am
• Trauma Level / Designation : 3
• Annual ER Volume : 23555
• Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day : 25
• Patient Age Demographic : All Ages
• Description of OR Staff : Four part-time MDA's. three full-time CRNA's
• Number of Operating Rooms : 5
• Documentation System / EMR : Plexus
• Experience Requirement : Must have experience with Regional Blocks, & OB.
• Certification Requirement : BLS, ACLS, PALS, AANA BC, Active MI License, MUST participate in MI Medicaid / CHAMPS
• Will call be in house? No
• Additional cases : Ortho, general surgery, scopes, dental, uro
• No supervision, provider will work independently
• Credentialing Timeframe : 60-90 Days
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
