Job descriptionCommunicate with customs brokers / Customs team members to review import transactions for accuracy and completeness. Work to adjust the value of high volume of imports, that will be reported to U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP). Compile lists of packaging suppliers / number of SKUs / value of merchandise from Procurement. Update extensive list of imported items, adding separate packaging details for future use when imported.

Shift : 8 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm
Pay Rate : $42 / hr
Job Description :
Customs Compliance Analyst - Work with the NA Customs team to implement efficient importation processes into the U.S., as well as facilitate a process to analyze customs value declarations for accuracy, and correct accordingly. Heavily focused on data analysis, heavy spreadsheet Excel critical. - Good with reviewing, manipulating, and auditing data in Excel. Familiarity with global trade compliance a big plus, with import / export custom compliance.
- Good with numbers / understanding of basic accounting principles-
- Experience with customs reconciliation compliance import / export
- Adaptability to systems, to independently generate reports by following instructions
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information
