Call Center Representative - 6AM-2 : 30PM - Weekly Pay

Description

• Handle inbound phone calls from customers and employees.
• Answer inquiries by providing information and conducting research.
• Resolve problems by exploring solutions and researching issues.
• Dispatch appropriate emergency services as needed.
• Monitor video feeds.
• Document events accurately for records.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Call center experience preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Dependable : Reliable and trustworthy.
• People-oriented : Enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects.
• Adaptable / Flexible : Enjoys work that requires frequent shifts in direction.
• Detail-oriented : Prefers focusing on the details of work rather than the bigger picture.

Schedule

• Requires 7 days / week and holiday availability.
• 6AM-2 : 30PM Shift
• Full time position only
• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00 / hr.
