Job description
Job Responsibilities:

Industrial Info Resources is accepting applications for a full-time position in market research. This is a part-time position during which individuals will acquire knowledge relating to general business best practices; market research; as well as products, processes, and client goals specific to our industry.

  • Full time researchers will gather and verify primary market intelligence using methods such as phone interviews, internet research, and review of industry publications; enter collected data from industrial plants and plant projects into our database; and collaborate with other researchers to complete department objectives.
  • Applicants may include high school graduates that have been accepted to a college or university in the Houston area; or currently enrolled full-time students at a college or university in the Houston area. All majors are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship from IIR. We look forward to reviewing your application materials.
  • Researcher Position - conducting online researching - Software Platforms such as Figma and Power BI, Python, this is not an IT position.

Job Qualifications:

Skills & Abilities:
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills.
  • Professional Phone Voice.
  • Strong Technical Ability.
  • Eye for Details; Energetic.

Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED Required.
  • Current or Upcoming Enrollment in an Academic Course of Study at a College or University in the Houston area.
  • Must Reside in the Greater Houston Area.
