• Monday : Clinic 8 : 00 a.m. â€" 5 : 00 p.m. (lunch 12 : 00â€"1 : 00 p.m.) - Tuesday : Surgery - Wednesday : Clinic 8 : 00 a.m. â€" 5 : 00 p.m. (lunch 12 : 00â€"1 : 00 p.m.) - Thursday : Clinic 8 : 00 a.m. â€" 5 : 00 p.m. (lunch 12 : 00â€"1 : 00 p.m.) - Friday : Surgery Patients per Day : 20+

Call Details : Beeper call; 20-minute response time; 10 days per month

EMR : Epic

Practice Setting : Inpatient and outpatient

Admissions Required : Yes

Support Staff : 1 RN, 6 office staff

Onsite Resources : 2 audiologists; clinic equipped for select in-office procedures

Requirements Board Certified in Otolaryngology

Active WI license or IMLC

ACLS and BLS

Clean history

Clinical Details Scope : General Otolaryngology (surgical and non-surgical)

Typical Procedures :

Malpractice : Provided

Travel : Reimbursed
