We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cash Applications Specialist to join their team in Center City, Philadelphia. This is a fully onsite, temp-to-perm opportunity ideal for candidates with prior experience in Cash Applications or Accounts Receivable. The right individual will bring strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive both independently and in a collaborative team environment. Job Title : Cash Applications Specialist Location : Center City, Philadelphia (Fully Onsite) Job Type : Temp-to-Perm Pay Rate : $20–$24 / hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities :

• Accurately apply incoming payments (primarily checks) to customer accounts
• Reconcile payment discrepancies and resolve unapplied cash issues
• Maintain accurate records of daily cash receipts and batch processing
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate posting
• Assist with month-end close processes related to AR and cash application
• Identify and resolve payment issues with a problem-solving mindset
