Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with experience in California State or Government for a Hybrid role, preferably in Sacramento, overseeing complex enterprise-level IT initiatives. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience aligning IT systems with business processes, managing technical teams, and contributing to the full software development lifecycle, particularly with Oracle-based solutions. This individual will play a key leadership role in guiding technical strategy, system integration, and team execution. Requirements :

• Eight (8) years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes.
• Five (5) years of this experience must be in a lead role.
• Required to have CA State / Gov experience Team Leadership
• Four (4) years of experience leading technical teams of four or more members. Technical Experience
• Six (6) years of progressively complex experience and intermediate-level skills in system analysis, design, programming, and testing. Oracle Database
• Five (5) years of experience working with Oracle databases, including database design, development using SQL and PL / SQL, and performance tuning of queries. Data Synchronization
• Three (3) years of experience developing data synchronization solutions on Oracle platforms, including ETL processes and tools, and a strong understanding of data modeling. Education
• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related or Engineering field from a recognized college or university.
• A Master's or Doctorate in an IT-related or Engineering field
