Sales Representative

Salary: $80-$120k annually, 100% commission

We are looking for a hungry, dedicated sales rep with the desire to surpass established goals using our proven systems to succeed in a recession-proof industry.

The Sales Representative position is full-time, commission-based with uncapped earning potential. A eight-week training period is paid until your commissions come in.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Inspect and document properties for storm damage
• Assist homeowners with filing insurance claims
• Walk customers through the insurance process
• Meet with insurance adjusters
• Follow the Element Roofing sales system: roleplaying, learning closing techniques, etc.
• Showcase building materials/samples for home repairs
• Achieve sales and profitability goals
• Create material and work orders
• Communicate with the production team and office staff
• Maintain a clean, neat, professional appearance

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently after the training period ends

• Ability to climb a ladder multiple times a day
• Ability to walk on roofs
  
• Ability to use iOS & Windows
  
• Eager and willing to learn new systems and methods
