Your responsibilities will include providing skilled nursing care, administering medications, and collaborating closely with our dedicated healthcare team to tailor care plans that meet each resident’s unique needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders
• Monitor and document vital signs and medical history of residents
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team in care plan development and implementation
• Provide necessary wound care and other essential nursing interventions
• Guide and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering high-quality care
• Adhere to all regulatory standards and best practices for health and safety
