As an LPN, you will be essential in promoting the health and happiness of our residents. Your responsibilities will include providing skilled nursing care, administering medications, and collaborating closely with our dedicated healthcare team to tailor care plans that meet each resident’s unique needs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders
  • Monitor and document vital signs and medical history of residents
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team in care plan development and implementation
  • Provide necessary wound care and other essential nursing interventions
  • Guide and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering high-quality care
  • Adhere to all regulatory standards and best practices for health and safety

    To be successful as an LPN, you should have the following qualifications :

  • Current and valid LPN state license
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
