Responsibilities
You are responsible for the productivity of your teamPromote best practices and patternsFacilitate communication between team members to ensure the success of your teamMentor and lead developers, BAs, and QAsFoster learning on your teamSuggest new processes and document reoccurring processes that will help streamline software development.Leads the design, construction, and implementation phases of system or project upgrades.Cultivate leadership on your teamFacilitate collaboration on your team, and among our other technical discipline leadsFoster adoption and adherence to our Agile software methodologyDrive to keep projects on trackKeep senior leaders well informed during the project life cycleParticipate in interviewsQualifications
Must Have Qualifications :
Computer-related degree or equivalent work experienceAbility to communicate with strong technical skillsA minimum of 3 years’ experience with software project managementStrong analytical problem solving skillsExperience with customer management (setting expectations, relationship management)Ability to work with limited guidance in a team environmentExperience with team member managementFull software life-cycle experienceExemplary communication abilitiesAbility to mentor developersExcellent organizational skillsNice to Have Qualifications :
Experience with database designExperience in the mortgage industryExperience with TFS and SVNExperience in an Agile environmentExperience unit testingKnowledge of SOLID principles
