Schedule 12-hour Night Shift Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team in providing exceptional care in an adult critical and acute care setting. This position requires a minimum of two years of experience in a similar environment. Responsibilities Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures to patients. Monitor and assess patient progress and respond to emergencies or complications. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective patient care. Provide education to patients and their families regarding respiratory health. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Practitioner Education program. Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC); CRT may be accepted if paired with critical care experience. Licensed by the Virginia State Board of Medicine to practice as a Respiratory Therapist (Active VA / Compact License required). Current certifications : BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
