Quality Control Team :  This position is the first line of defense against producing defective vials and is primarily responsible for loading glass tubing, monitoring assigned machine lines that produce vials, ensures quality products are being manufactured and notices any problems with the machine and corrects them if capable by performing the following duties.

Essential Functions / Duties :

• Perform regular inspections of vials to ensure they meet established quality standards and specifications.
• Detect and document any defects or deviations in product quality
• Use measurement tools such as Go-No-Go gauges, calipers, and other instruments to check vial dimensions, bottom thickness, length, and other specifications to ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, including results from hourly checks, report findings to supervisors and management as needed.
• Work closely with loaders, technicians, and shift leads to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
• Identify non-conforming products and take appropriate action, including segregation, or disposal, according to company procedures.
• Assist in training new inspectors in quality control standards, inspection techniques, and best practices.
• Ensure that workstations, inspection areas, and equipment are clean, organized, and meet safety and environmental standards.

1st shift- 5 : 30AM- 4 : 15PM (1 opening QC)

2nd shift- 7 : 00PM-5 : 45AM (2 openings- Bench Check & Loader)
