Cadillac Assistant Integrated Marketing Manager
The Cadillac Assistant Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and execution of advertising projects, activities and channels used to reach luxury target consumers. The Assistant Integrated Marketing Manager is a key role within the Global Brand Strategy organization and collaborates with internal (product marketing, brand strategy, performance, CRM, social, Design) and external (Ad agencies and vendors) teams to ensure Advertising deliverables and assets are executed on time, within budget, meet strategic business outcomes & brand objectives, and aligned consistently across channels.
You will support the Advertising Manager in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and branded content across various platforms. This role requires strong communication and decision-making skills, creativity, project management skills, and analytical thinking to effectively contribute to the Cadillac advertising brand and retail strategy.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Assist in the planning, creation, and execution of advertising campaigns, including digital, print, broadcast, and social media, ensuring content is inclusive and resonates with target audiences
Oversee the day-to-day management of advertising projects, ensuring timelines are met, budgets are adhered to, POs are created and managed, and goals are achieved
Work closely with Creative Excellence Manager and agencies to develop compelling ad strategy, copy, visuals, and other content that aligns with Cadillac tone of voice and brand objectives
Support the review of inbound creative assets to ensure Brand Guidelines and Visual Identity compliance
Conduct research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities, providing insights to inform advertising strategies
Liaise with external vendors, such as ad agencies, printers, and production companies, to ensure smooth execution of advertising activities
Assist the Brand Campaign Lead in managing the advertising budget, tracking expenditures, and ensuring cost-effective use of resources
Ensure all advertising materials comply with legal standards, industry regulations, and brand visual identity guidelines
Provide administrative support to the Advertising Manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining project documentation
Partner with agency Project Management / Account teams, to lead the definition of deliverables and project schedules
Track and manage talent, music and licensing rights
Implement and adhere to GM process and enforce it within the team and agency partners
Oversee and authorize purchase orders (POs) as part of managing marketing campaigns
Monitor and uphold project budgets to ensure financial adherence and efficiency
Verify that project briefs are approved and align with budget
Essential Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required
5+ years of marketing or advertising experience required
Strong project management abilities with attention to detail and organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in advertising platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics software
Creative thinking with a strong understanding of branding and visual communication
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions, coupled with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
Experience with both traditional and digital advertising channels
Preferred
Advertising agency experience
Prior work in a creative role, experience producing, developing or heavily involved in reviewing creative
Premium or luxury brand experience, automotive a benefit
Ability to travel to shoots
Willingness to work overtime or into evening as needed if project requires
