Minimum Requirements :
3 years consultative account sales experience with an emphasis on :
- Demonstrated ability to sell value
- Creates, builds and retains strong client relationships
- Sales experience in the medical field a plus
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Excellent persuasive presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Self-motivated, self-disciplined and goal-oriented a must

B2B Referral and Business Account Development
All references identified below must align with the area’s Strategic Sales and Marketing Plan
Identify prospects, referrals and close major accounts that support the ANY LAB TEST NOW (“Company”) franchise model that specifically align with Company’s established Ideal Corporate Customer Profile(s) and Ideal Corporate Customer Target Segments. The Target Segments will include but are not limited to the following, as outlined in the Strategic Plan,Physician Referrals
Holistic Medicine ProvidersDNA Testing ReferralsAllied Health SchoolsFamily Law AttorneysEmployersBuild and maintain business accounts and periodically check client satisfaction to ensure long-term contractual relationships are maintainedAchieve sales objectives, which may include but is not limited to revenue; profitability; and sales footprint within the franchise territoryAggressively grow our B2B account base through telephone calls, written communications and personal visits, using both Company-driven and individual lead generation methodologies including but not limited to cold-calling; networking; event promotion; and asking for referrals from existing clients and other connectionsCreate Powerpoint presentations for sales meetings as necessaryMonitor potential local, state and national RFP bid opportunities on a monthly basis. Thoroughly review RFP requests and specifications and recommend those opportunities which appear to return a profitComplete Company-required reports, including but not limited to sales reports; marketing reports; business mileage logs; and expense reports in an accurate and timely basisEnter and maintain all lead, prospect and client information and notes into Company’s designated CRM software system or spreadsheet in an accurate, timely and complete manner.
