ConGlobal is hiring immediately for a key role in our global supply chain. ConGlobal offers a pay differential for those operating in a lead capacity in this role.

Starting Pay : $28.65

Status : Full-Time | Immediate Hire

Schedule : Open availability required, including all shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

As the Lead Car Loader / Unloader, you'll play a dual role : managing day-to-day vehicle loading and unloading operations while also supporting the development and success of the Car Runner team. You'll be responsible for training, mentoring, and orienting new employees to ensure they have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to perform their tasks safely and efficiently. You'll also work hands-on to help drive vehicles on and off railcars, ensuring inventory and quality control processes are followed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and support the Car Loader / Unloader team during daily operations.
• Train new team members on safety procedures, loading / unloading protocols, and quality standards.
• Monitor employee performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Load and unload vehicles from railcars and properly park them in designated areas.
• Ensure accurate documentation for inventory and quality control.
• Act as a point of contact between team members and site leadership.
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment through training, awareness, and enforcement of safety protocols.
