Key Responsibilities
Lead ongoing customer discovery initiatives and apply continuous discovery methods to shape offerings and strategy
Translate discovery insights into actionable commercial strategies, including pricing and go-to-market motions
Monitor market trends and conduct win / loss analysis to refine commercial approaches and positioning
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
12+ years of experience in product strategy, commercial innovation, or related strategic roles
Proven track record in leading customer discovery initiatives and translating insights into measurable impact
Strong commercial acumen with experience in market sizing and financial modeling
Experience working cross-functionally and influencing within complex organizational environments
