About The Position

W Health is seeking an experienced Pediatric OR Surgical Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment. This Level I Trauma and Magnet®-designated teaching hospital is Wisconsin’s #1 ranked hospital. This position requires recent high-acuity experience with neonates and pediatrics in a fast-paced surgical setting. The ideal candidate will bring expertise across multiple specialties including Neuro, Ortho, ENT, and Urology .

Hard Stops :

Must have recent pediatric / neonatal OR experience

Must have Level I Trauma Center experience

No military-only work experience

No local candidates (must live 50+ miles from facility)

Skills checklist must show proficiency (3s or 4s) in peds / neonatal

BLS (AHA only) required

CST Certification preferred

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years pediatric scrub tech experience

Level I Trauma Center experience – Required

Experience with high-acuity pediatric and neonatal surgical patients

Strong background in :

Neuro, ENT, Ortho, Urology, General Peds, and Trauma cases

Proficient with Epic EMR (preferred)
