Job Summary :

The Director of Infrastructure & Network Operations will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Belt Power’s enterprise infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud platforms, and managed service providers (MSPs). This role is responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, and security across all systems, while developing and executing a robust disaster recovery (DR) strategy. The Director will manage a team of network and systems administrators, define infrastructure standards, and oversee vendor relationships to support scalable and resilient operations.

Responsibilities Include :

• Infrastructure Strategy & Architecture

Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption, and network optimization.

Oversee the health, performance, and security of all network components, servers, and data centers.

Partner with cybersecurity teams to enforce infrastructure security policies and controls.

Design and implement high availability solutions to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.

Lead and mentor infrastructure and network administration teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with IT leadership, business units, and external partners to align infrastructure initiatives with organizational goals.

Physical Demands :

The Director of Infrastructure & Network Operations may lift and / or move up to 50 pounds and will require manual dexterity and strength in arms and feet to manipulate equipment controls. Tools, and other items used to make adjustments and / or minor maintenance. Will use hands, arms, back, and shoulders to handle, installs, position, move items, and manipulate other objects. Could be in a sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, or sitting position for long periods of time.

Work Environment :

While performing the duties of this position, the Director of Infrastructure & Network Operations will be regularly exposed to working near moving and mechanical parts and equipment. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work :

This is a full-time position in office, except as agreed to by the Chief Digital Officer. Typical workdays and hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Frequent travel, overnight, overtime hours, and weekend work may be required.

Pay Range : $130,000 - $150,000 a year
