  • About the Role

The Company is looking for a dynamic Vice President of Information Security to spearhead its enterprise-wide security initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and monitoring a comprehensive information security risk management program tailored to the healthcare landscape. This position demands a robust technical background in governance, risk management, compliance (GRC), disaster recovery, identity and access management, and cyber operations.

As the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), you will oversee daily security operations and strategically execute security roadmaps to safeguard the company’s data and systems against evolving cybersecurity threats. You will collaborate cross-functionally to develop and fortify incident response plans, ensuring that security risk management aligns with business goals while cultivating a culture of security awareness across the organization.

If you possess a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, complemented by a CISSP certification and at least 5 years of leadership experience in information cybersecurity—preferably within the healthcare sector—we encourage you to apply. Your leadership abilities should reflect a perfect blend of technical acumen and visionary guidance, enabling you to anticipate challenges, mentor your team, and clearly communicate effective security strategies.

The right candidate will have a deep understanding of security technologies, cloud security, and industry best practices. Familiarity with pertinent regulations such as HIPAA, NIST, and PCI, is essential, as well as a proven record of leading incident response efforts and managing security risks associated with third-party vendors.
