In your role as Director of Nursing, Inpatient Services :

• As the Nursing Director of Inpatient Services, you will oversee the care of our patients in Med-Surg / Telemetry, ICU, and Dialysis.
• You will lead a robust team with 2 Nurse Managers and approximately 150 full-time equivalents.
• Your leadership will encompass clinical, operational, and fiscal performance. You will ensure that the standards of clinical care are met and exceeded while fostering an environment that supports nursing excellence.
