Licensed Vocational Nurse - Primary Pediatrics

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Primary Pediatrics team. As an integral part of our clinic, you will provide essential care to our patients under the supervision of physicians and registered nurses, adhering to established standards and best practices. Key Responsibilities :

• Demonstrate competencies as a Leader of Self, with a focus on exceptional patient care.
• Assist in delivering primary care, including obtaining vital signs, weighing patients, and performing specimen collection, including phlebotomy, as directed by the physician.
• Support providers during patient examinations, treatments, and procedures while maintaining an efficient clinic flow.
• Answer phone calls and record messages, assisting providers with patient inquiries as needed.
• Facilitate the scheduling of tests and appointments, including managing pre-certifications and results.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and care activities.
• Assist with medication refills and administer medications / immunizations as per provider orders.
• Ensure exam rooms are clean and well-stocked, and that all equipment is sanitized according to policy.
• Perform routine clerical duties, including managing patient charts and completing necessary forms.
• Participate in training and meetings, and take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

Full Time, 8AM - 5PM, Monday - Friday
