The Essential is a modern neighborhood restaurant in downtown Birmingham serving thoughtful, seasonal food. We’re looking for a full-time Line Cook to join our tight-knit team.

What We’re Looking For

2+ year line cook experience preferred

Strong knife skills & cooking fundamentals

Reliable, team-oriented, and coachable
