Job descriptionWork with relevant vendors for necessary follow up Review and follow up with agents and carriers on all requirements Process all insurance cases within Salesforce Provide professional correspondence via email and phone Understand carrier workflows and carrier specific nuances Work closely with their team to meet common goals and assist when able. Understand carrier workflows and maneuver carrier websites 5+ years of life and annuity insurance industry experience Minimum 3-5 years in a management role Strong knowledge of new business case management in life insurance Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proven ability to lead teams with a servant leadership approach Ability to prioritize, delegate, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
New Business Manager needed for an agency located in Del Mar, CA
Ready to step into a role where you can truly make an impact? As our client's New Business Manager, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to lead, train, and coach a dedicated team while shaping the way exceptional service is delivered.
- HOURS : 9 am to 5 pm
- DURATION : Direct Hire
- WORKPLACE : In office
- PAY : $71,500 – $85,000 base salary + Bonus!
- BENEFITS : Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k with employer match, and paid time off
