Our UPMC Presbyterian Shadyside Human Resources team has an exciting opportunity available as a Human Resources Consultant! The Human Resources Consultant will be the main HR representative for a group of departments in Washington, PA. A weekly onsite presence in Washington, PA is required for the role.
Daily job responsibilities will include leading employee investigations, focusing on retention and engagement initiatives, coaching leaders, supporting HR initiatives, and much more!

Responsibilities :
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field and at least one year of employee relations experience required. OR High School Diploma / GED and three years of employee relations experience required.
PHR, SPHR certification, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP certification or UPMC HCI Strategic HR Business Partner Certification preferred.
Knowledge and understanding of federal, state and local legislation as it applies to human resources and the employment process is required.
