Employment Type : Full-Time - Direct Employment

Shift : 1st and 2nd shift.

Compensation : Will pay up - $30 / hr.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled TIG Welder to join our team in a dynamic job shop environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision welding and has experience working with stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum. The position involves primarily TIG welding (90%) with some MIG welding (10%), ensuring all work meets blueprint specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, mild steel (11–22 gauge), and aluminum (.125”–.060” thick)
• Execute MIG welding tasks as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints to meet weld specifications
• Tack weld components per design requirements
• Maintain production rates while upholding quality standards
