Position Summary :

Matt Carson, Manager, for the Professional Services Project Management team at Perforce is searching for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex client engagements across the Delphix platform. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of Professional Services engagementsincluding implementations, migrations, upgrades, and advisory work.

You'll work closely with enterprise clients, internal consultants, engineers, and account teams to scope, plan, execute, and deliver projects that drive value. The ideal candidate brings a mix of project management expertise, technical acumen, and customer-facing experience in enterprise IT or software services.

Requirements :

• 7+ years of experience managing enterprise software projects in a customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex projects in data platforms, or enterprise IT.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and DevOps processes; experience with data management platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficient with project management tools such as MS Project, or equivalent.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification preferred.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid deployments is a strong plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Spanish and / or Portuguese language skills are highly desired, particularly for client engagements in Latin America.

Responsibilities :

$90,000 - $130,000 a year
