Job descriptionWorks with the facilities team with a positive and productive manner. Assists manager with snow removal fulfillment and identifying safety concerns. Pleasantly greet, make eye contact, listen, and respond appropriately to every member’s or members guest’s needs and or questions. Operates vehicles and equipment in a safe and responsible manner. Abides by all rules of the road and safe speed for conditions. Maintains a safe and clean work area. Abides by operating procedures (pre-trip inspection, fueling & fluids checks, interior vehicle inspection and cleaning). Mechanical aptitude. Ability to stay on task with limited supervision. Ability to safely operate motorized equipment. Knowledge and experience in operation of various types of heavy equipment machines. Working knowledge of and ability to use hand and power tools and other equipment. Ability to comprehend and learn tasks associated with resort operations. Knowledge of and ability to perform required role during emergency situations. Willingness to work with others and promote a positive work environment. Ability to use computer software programs (mobile time clock, online employee platform). seasonal, part-time / on-call, hourly Education and Licenses : Experience operating heavy equipment or doing snow removal with truck mounted plow or heavy equipment. High School diploma or GED required. Driver’s License, in good standing, required. This position requires flexibility with nights, weekends, and holidays. On-call and part-time positions are eligible for staff parties, wellness credit, discounted ski pass, meals, uniforms, staff discounts and to participate in the 401k (after four months of continuous employment). - Including roads, driveways and walkways.
- You will perform snow removal with vehicle mounted plow equipment, skid loader, snow blowers and snow shovels.
