What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.

Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and / or prohibited items from entering the facility.

Screen individuals, vehicles, and packages as required by site-specific procedures.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all observations, incidents, and / or unusual occurrences.

Communicate promptly and clearly with team members, supervisors, and site personnel regarding security-related matters.

Assist with access control and visitor management processes at the location.

Minimum Requirements :

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Loss prevention experience is preferred.

Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

X-ray screening experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
