Job description

My name is Jason Long with ProTouch Staffing. We have a Client in Richmond County Virginia in search of a Locum ENT Physician for coverage starting in September with coverage dates through the end of the year with possibility of extension.

This client offers competitive compensation for the right Provider. Malpractice with tail & all travel expenses included.

Dates of coverage :

  • Sept 30-10 / 1
  • Nov 11-17
  • Dec 9-15
  • Dec 23-29

Job Details :

  • Practice Setting : Hospital based.
  • Average Number of Cases Per Day : 6
  • Trauma Level / Designation : none
  • Annual ER Volume : 2
  • Documentation System / EMR : EPIC
  • Patient Age Demographic : all
  • What Percentage of Practice is Trauma, Hospital Based, Clinic Based, Surgical, Non-Surgical : 10%

    • Surgical Procedures Required :

    Thyroidectomy, Extended Parotidectomy

    General Surgical Otolaryngology Requirements :

    Tonsillectomy, Adenoidectomy, PE Tube

    General Non-Surgical Otolaryngology Requirements :

    Hearing Evaluation, Eval and Manage Disorders Involving Ears, Nose, Throat and Skeletal Facial Structures

    Endoscopic Procedures Required :

    Septal, Sinus, Bronchoscopy - Flexible, Bronchoscopy - Rigid, Laryngoscopy

    F acial Surgery Procedures Required :

    Rhinoplasty, Facial Fractures, Skin Grafts / Flaps

    Job Requirements :

  • Board Certified
  • Active VA license & DEA - required, no exceptions - (Will NOT accept those willing to obtain.)
  • BLS / ACLS Certified
