Job Location : North Salt Lake, UT

Job Duties : Responsible for developing and maintaining standard operating procedures to ensure each functional area meets operational goals. Responsible for achieving a new labor management system roll-out with configuration, testing, system validation, and post-implementation support across the network. Implement automation solutions towards improving warehouse operations efficiency along with minimizing non-value-added activities. Responsible for the facilitation of continuous improvement projects and the implementation of a new cloud-based warehouse management system and reporting. Maintain accurate job standards in the distribution network by way of time and motion studies, analysis, and process observations. Perform data analysis, track, and help improve associate's and distribution center performance metrics. May telecommute.

Reports to North Salt Lake, UT.

Domestic travel to other distribution centers once per quarter.

Requirements / Special Skills : Bachelor's degree or foreign degree equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field and three (3) years of experience in a combination of mechanical engineering and industrial engineering. Experience must include : 1. Two (2) years of experience with NDT inspection of components in FPI and MPI methods. 2. Two (2) years of experience with review of customer specifications, preparation of technique sheets, testing procedures for FPI and MPI methods. 3. Three (3) years of experience with computer systems and generating reports and findings. 4. One (1) year of experience with mathematical / statistical analysis skills including statistical analysis and simulation. 5. Three (3) years of experience in creating training materials, standard operating procedures, process maps. 6. Three (3) years of experience in data analysis and providing proven solutions. 7. Three (3) years of experience in continuous improvement projects and cost savings using lean tools and processes. Must have legal right to work in the U.S. EOE.
