Work with our chef towards the common goal of cooking great food and giving great service. We are looking for someone to join our team that will bring experience and food knowledge. Please do not apply for this position if your experience does not go beyond a fast food restaurant or you have sporadic employment history. We want someone who is committed to the restaurant profession.

We serve seasonal and from scratch menus that change several times a year. We serve lunch, dinner and brunch on the weekends. We would love to have you join us if you are passionate about food and love to be in the kitchen. The position is very hands on; even our Chef cooks on the line. You will be able to assist in ordering, maintaining consistency with prep & plating and be a positive influence in our culture. Long-term there will be opportunities to take on further responsibilities.

Looking for someone whose experience speaks for itself and is consistent with our type of restaurant. Person should have 5+ years in a responsible kitchen role to be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage inventory control, including ordering and stock management to minimize waste.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food and enhance the dining experience.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
