As a Member Specialist, you'll wear many hatsfrom fulfillment and shipping to member hospitality and building upkeep. This isn't a traditional warehouse job. It's a fast-paced, physical, and member-facing role where you'll help real small business owners thrive every day.

Whether you're unloading a container, jumping into a kitting project, or answering a service request, you'll be a vital part of our Elastic Workforce (e-Force), supporting logistics needs and operational excellence in your market.

Responsibilities

Fulfillment & Logistics Support

• Receive, unload, and organize inventory and delivery items.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory audits, returns processing, and kitting.
• Track inbound / outbound shipments and escalate issues as needed.
