Overview
Lead Field Marketing Specialist at QBE North America. This role develops and executes marketing initiatives within area of responsibility by implementing sales, marketing and agent training activities to align with company objectives and drive growth.
Location & Work
- Location : Remote; Washington, Montana, Oregon or Idaho, USA
- Work Arrangement : Fully remote; local and overnight travel as needed
Responsibilities
Drive effective marketing strategies that meet business needs and promote a positive corporate image by planning and implementing sales and customer retention / development initiativesCollaborate with stakeholders to manage new business development, identify opportunities for process improvements, and translate business needs into actionable resultsDesign and deliver marketing support by developing and facilitating agent training sessions and implementing cost‑effective marketing plansRefine marketing processes, implement innovative solutions, support organizational initiatives and apply industry best practicesManage budgeted resources, forecast expenditures, and account for expenses to meet requirements and achieve fiscal responsibilityFoster a positive environment upholding cultural expectations and guiding leaders to reward performance and value diversity, inclusion, collaboration, creativity and continuous improvementAdopt QBE values and pursue personal career developmentQualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience4 years relevant experiencePreferred Competencies / Skills

The starting salary range is $87,500–$144,500, dependent on experience and location. This is the national range for listed locations. Eligible for QBE’s annual discretionary bonus plan based on performance. See posting for details.
