We are looking for a skilled and proactive Product Support Specialist with
- High level proficient with Autodesk Fusion
- Customer soft skills
- Good team collaboration mindset.
Preferred Qualifications :
2-5 years of industry experience.Experience with FusionExperience with CAM workflows (Example : Fusion 360 CAM, PowerMill, FeatureCAM, HSM, PartMarker, Mastercam)Experience with CNC Programming, Machining, or Machine SetupExperience with FEA / CAE tools (Optional)Strong customer service, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. (Additional language skills are a plus.)Responsibilities :
Advance Level knowledge using Autodesk Fusion.Experience with CAM is a Plus.Able to analyze and evaluate information technology systems operations.Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems.Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
