As a Customer Transport Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating vehicle relocation services, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and execute customer vehicle relocation orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Schedule pickups and deliveries, ensuring all instructions are followed precisely
• Oversee additional services such as vehicle detailing, titling / registration, and storage placement
• Communicate clearly and promptly with staff and independent contractors via email, phone, and CRM
• Maintain accurate records in CRM, including timely updates and document uploads
• Ensure compliance with company policies and DOT regulations

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
