HVAC Project Manager (Anaheim)

Were looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join our team and take the lead on tenant improvement projects. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing all phases of assigned projectsfrom kickoff to closeoutensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities :

• Budgeting & Bidding via industry standards
• CAE estimating methodology mastery
• CAE systems, applications, and workflow mastery
• RFI creation management
• Billing & SOVs
• Dynamically monitor manpower and crew rates with Field Operations
• Change Order estimating and management
• Bi-Weekly Project Manager Meetings
• Ongoing client base development
• Mentoring & training of Project Engineer Team
• Communication excellence with Field
• Lead mechanical conversations
• Job Walks & Site Visits
• Field & Foreman relationship development
• $3 5 million project load
