We are hiring for the Progressive Care Unit. New Graduates with ADN, Diploma, and BSN qualifications are welcome to apply. Open RN positions offer:

❇️ Full-time 12-hour night shift
❇️ For a limited time eligibility for sign-on bonus ($20,000 for RN, $12,500
for new grads)
❇️ Benefits available starting the first month after your start date

❇️ Float Pay Incentive

Accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Responsible for performing patient care delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff. Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies rules guidelines and procedures. Tier 1 will work at one entity.

Job Requirements

Applicable Experience:

Less than 1 yearBasic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse - VariousAssociate Degree
