• Department Description : Cath Lab will be hospital consults 3-4 per day, plus EP cases 4-6 a day depending on case length.

• Hospital Bed size : 268
• Special Procedures : cardiac electrophysiology; specifically, heart rhythm disturbances, Ablations - must show 100 EP cases in last 2 years in case logs with emphasis on ablations

Must be comfortable doing moderate sedation on their own

Technology - Abbott Ensite-X Mapping system (must be comfortable using), must do TEEs and moderate sedation

Board Certification : BC or BE required

License Required : AZ Licensed. Ok to license

DEA : AZ registered

CSR : not required

Certifications Required : ACLS

Minimum Experience Required : 1 year
